iAccesos is a free solution to manage the Mandatory Labor Day Registration, established in art.
10 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of March 8, on urgent measures of social protection and the fight against job insecurity in the working dayiAccesos allows you to record the accesses and exits identifying the location of the employee with respect to the situation of the workplace or the starting or ending point of the working day for employees on the move (technicians, sales force, ...)Additionally iAccesos allows to record accesses with incidents or absences, capturing the supporting documents that proceed in each case (medical leave, public transport breakdown, ...)All access and exit records can be consulted to generate the working hours reports that will be electronically certified and guarded during the 4 years established by the regulations.
